As a mom of two, wife, and personal trainer I know it can be hard to make that you time. I'm here to tell you and show you just how important it is to create that time and show up for yourself. You can't pour from an empty cup! Exercise and health has played a huge part of my life. To close out my team sports era I played D1 soccer in college. After college I dove into the gym rat and long distance running days. These days were long and I found myself my own worst critic. I finally found that balance with exercise and health that I was chasing for years and want to share that with all of you. My workouts always have intent. There is a purpose and reason that goes behind every training session or live class. We will work hard. I will push you.
